Welcome to my page, which focuses on my art. The name is Manuel Noriega and I'm currently going for Design with a concentration around Illustration at Queens College.
Drawing since I was a child so it's been a big part of my life. Usually I stick with a good ol' pencil and some charcoal, but recently I been wanting to get into digital illustration.
